As the hours of light reach their peak, join breathwork and yoga practitioner Evangeline di Michele to pause and reflect at this halfway point of the year.
A day of gentle movement, restorative breathwork and connection with the garden.
Beginning with a guided walk around the garden to harvest flowers to take home, participants will have space to reflect throughout the day on what they have brought to fruition in the past six months and what they wish to take forward as the light begins to slowly ebb away once more.
The day includes a morning session of yoga and afternoon breathwork class in addition to facilitated time within the garden and a three course lunch.
The class is suitable for all abilities and places are limited to 6 or under.
